We aim to answer all of your frequently asked questions here...
1. How long will be delivery be?
This can depend on if your item is in stock or made to order. If a stock item we aim to despatch within 3-5 working days. Express shipping is available. Please contact customer services.
Items that are out of stock or made to order will vary in estimated delivery times. Please contact one of our dedicated customer service team member to enquire.
2. The item says 'in stock' but the product description says otherwise?
Anything that is available to order, whether it is in stock, made to order or a pre-order item will show as available to buy. Where possible we will include estimated delivery times in the products descriptions.

3. What is the maximum instalment plan available?
At the moment, our payment plans can be stretched over a maximum of three months. The payments within this period can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
4. I am paying on instalments, why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Items paid for on an instalments plan wont be shipped until a set balance has been cleared. This is usually 30-50% of the total cost of the item. If you would like the item to ship straight away, your first payment can be increased to cover this cost. Please contact customer services with your order number for more information.
5. I no longer want this item, can I return it?
If the item is no longer wanted and in perfect condition it can still be returned. However this should be done within 28 days of the shipment arriving and the cost will be covered by the customer. Please view our Delivery & Returns for more information.
6. My refund hasn't come through yet, when will it show in my account?
Refunds will take 3-10 working days to show in your account, depending on your bank. If the refund still hasn't appeared in your account after this time period please contact customer services on 01538 807 419.
7. What does Pre-Loved mean?
Any item described a pre-loved on our website is a second hand piece. All second-hand items will be first quality and in their original packaging unless otherwise stated.
8. What are your opening hours?
During winter our opening hours 8.30am-4.30pm Monday-Friday. During summer our opening hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday. A member of our team will aim to respond within 48hours of your request.
9. Am I able to collect my order?
Goviers of Sidmouth is currently only available online. We no longer have a store that customers are able to collect from.
10. I want to sell my Royal Crown Derby collection, what information do you need?
If you wish to sell your Royal Crown Derby collection please send us a list of the below information to info@goviers.co.uk
- Item name and code.
- Whether the item is in its original box.
- If the items have their original certificate.
- If the items have any damage.
- If the items are first or second quality.
Please bear in mind, we are not always in the position to buy full collections. Our Royal Crown Derby specialist will be in touch with an offer if your collection is one we are interested in.
