Ordered and paid but received nothing

I've waited patiently for months, been told this was dispatched ready for delivery on 29th November and still nothing has arrived. Contacted customer services advising that the tracking hadn't been updated in a while and this is an indication that the parcel is lost. They told me to wait for further time and advised if they have to send a replacement, it won't be here until after Christmas. So disappointed.

Disappointed with the 4 month delay in receiving snoopy and he has a yellow tinge to him but he is super soft and his stuffing is so nice
